Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged for orders shipped outside of Connecticut. Sales tax of 6% is charged to orders being shipped within Connecticut.

If payment is made using a check, the order is not shipped until after payment has cleared. If payment is made by money order, then order is not shipped until after money order is received. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as valid shipping addresses
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 10 days by contacting MIKE’S ENTERPRISE CONNECTICUT PARTY CONNECTIONS and receiving a return authorization number. We will advise the best method to return the product. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 plus return freight unless our mistake. Food products and food containers may not be returned
Minimum orders
The minimum order is $50, though you may still process your order if it does not meet the minimum requirements for a $10 service charge.
Damaged Merchandise
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for UPS inspection. We will be happy to assist you with any claims that may arise.
Breakage on inflates will not be credited due to nature, price and origin of merchandise.

Within 48-72 business hours of placing an order you will receive conformation via email an appropriate tracking number and expected delivery date for your order.
You can also contact UPS 1-800-742-5877 or visit www.ups.com . via other methods if you request it, but UPS seems to work the best for us. We can ship via next-day or two-day air, but this will cost extra, please let us know if you have questions.
